I've Received a Faulty Item

In the unlikely circumstance that you have received an item that is faulty, please email us at contact@manieredevoir.com and include the following: 

  • Your order number 
  • A photo clearly showing the fault on the product 
  • Whether you would like a refund or a new product 

You have 6 months from the day of delivery to let us know that your item is faulty. We will only deem an item as faulty if the fault has been caused by a manufacturing issue. 

Please don't send anything back to us until you have spoken to our support team, as they will be able to re-solve this for you as quickly as possible.
